“There are contractors that can build your project, but not every company will build your project as if it were their own…”
Providence was founded in late 2005, when after 8 years of working for other local medium sized general contractors, Michael Miller decided to venture on his own. Compiling all of the advantages of the medium size companies he worked for in the past, including proven procedures and documentation, without the disadvantages of overhead and hands off upper management approach.
During our 11 years in business, we have served clients in both the public and private sector. Much of our current workload is from remodeling or maintaining occupied retail space. That, coupled with the occasional tenant improvement and ground up building, provides a well-rounded portfolio.
